Pawel Skurzynski

Pawel Skurzynski has been with PragmatIQ since 2011. He specializes in transaction advisory and handling transactions related to the sale of a company or its part (M&A). He has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting investment and corporate agreements and conducting legal due diligence on acquired entities. He has handled a wide range of international transactions, particularly in the IT, medical, manufacturing, and travel industries.

Pawel also deals with corporate consulting and has many years of experience in establishing new entities, including holding structures and joint ventures, as well as their transformation (with particular emphasis on reorganizations involving company contributions and the processes of merging, dividing, and transforming companies).

A lecturer and speaker at numerous trainings, workshops, and conferences organized by or with PragmatIQ.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
